Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

We currently ship to addresses within Thailand only.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Thailand using trusted domestic courier services, which may include Flash Express and other reputable carriers depending on the destination and service availability.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • Bangkok and major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Most other provinces: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, transportation delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (when available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or additional shipping charges may apply. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may require payment of additional shipping costs before reshipping the order.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts or the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged items.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
